Digital Advertising Analyst

What You’'ll Do

  • Perform research to establish a strong understanding of client’s business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs and drive their success on the web

  • Generate and provide resources to educate clients on the value of CRO, and actions involved to reach their goals

  • Identify CRO opportunities for clients, and lead testing processes

  • Manage ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects, I.E. Design specs, freelancer contributions, etc.

  • Perform A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing

  • Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors as they relate to CRO efforts. Generate and execute strategies as they relate to findings.

  • Prepare monthly digital marketing campaign reports

  • Correct technical issues on the backend of website

  • Champion CRO best practices for clients

  • Direct the design of banner ads/landing pages, assuring that all web functionality is operating properly

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or related major (Please include GPA on resume)

  • Intermediate knowledge of CRO

  • General knowledge of SEO

  • General knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads

  • General knowledge of Google Analytics

  • General knowledge of HTML

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in CRO or minimum of 4 years experience in the marketing industry

  • Capable of working concurrently on several projects

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
